I get my ahi tuna from @krogerco but I make my own #glutenfree marinade - cut up the tuna into bite size pieces and let it soak for 2ish hours in a mix of traderjoes coconut aminos, sesame oil, rice vinegar, crushed red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, scallions, and a splash of orange juice.
@thedalaipalma and I agree, mango is #mostnecessary 🥭 but some other toppings we go for include avocado, jalapeños, carrots (I shaved and curled tonight’s version), cucumbers, & red bell peps (also good for this phase). throw it all over cooked white rice and garnish with more scallions, sesame seeds, and extra aminos 🍣 mmm seaweed ya later! jk sorry for that. enjoy!
